Pole Garden V: NIKE is the fifth of eight uniquely themed Pole Garden journeys.

Inspired by Nike, the Greek Goddess of Victory in art, athletics, and peaceful competition, this container explores the balance between discipline and creative freedom, technique and sensuality, trust and surrender, form and essence.

Each phase of this 7-week arc reflects an element of a womanʻs path toward embodied expression and personal victory.

This is a space to grow your wings, rise into your becoming, and meet yourself with renewed strength, grace, and expression.

✧ GODSPEED I — 1:1 Private Pole Session

60 minutes • Week 1

A gentle beginning.

This session is a space to meet one-on-one to connect, clarify your intentions, and explore your bodyʻs natural movement and foundations.

✧ Group Pole Sessions

2 hours • Weeks 2-4

This is the heart of the Pole Garden and community. ♡

These sessions blend technique and creative exploration within a consistent group container.

Each week, I offer guided movement prompts that align with the arcʻs theme, supporting both foundational skill development and embodied exploration.

Over time, the group container becomes more familiar through shared practice, creating space for collaboration to emerge.

✧ WINGS REFINED– 1:1 Private Pole Session

60 minutes • Week 5

A space for refinement, integration, and reflection.

We reconnect one-on-one to refine your movement, deepen your expression, and begin shaping your final offering.

✧ PROPHECY – Creative Voice & Manifestation Journaling Workshop

60 minutes • Week 6

A guided space for collective journaling, reflection, and crafting prayerful, life-affirming language.

Through journal prompts and shared exploration, we give words to what has been moving through the body, clarifying our inner truth and desires moving forward beyond our journey together.

Final Ceremony & Collaborative Nature Photoshoot • Week 7

We gather beyond the garden, in nature, to close the journey through a collaborative photoshoot, where individual and shared moments are captured and woven into a final visual piece.

A gentle invitation to share, celebrate, and be witnessed in your full glory.

For those who are desiring to nourish their artistic expression within a supportive group environment, alongside personalized 1:1 guidance, intentional presence, and play.
